Ricing a Supra is a slippery slope, you can’t claim the high ground of keeping it stock unless you’ve fully resisted!

I’m willing to forgive wheels and a plate frame, and the stock exhaust probably rusted out if it’s been in regular service. Why not hear it a bit? Pretty sure this one’s an N/A automatic, so no harm done. This counts as admirable restraint when it comes to Mk4's.

Because cannons sound hideous :( If it’s anything like every other Supra in the world, it’s not a high-quality after market system. It’s a droner.

It’s restraint considering its brethren, but “stock except rims and exhaust” is not stock in my book.

I couldn’t hear the thing at all, and it was next to me for a good 30 seconds, so who knows. 2jzs don’t sound good with half-ass exhausts though, agreed.

My basis for comparison on this one is a black one that’s also local, with all the worst stereotypical crap hung on it. Horrible wheels, raked & slammed height, an awful body kit & wing, antisocially large exhaust, the whole deal. This one’s clean.

Like the black one I see around... that poor car, it has a horrible body kit and wing and big chrome wheels. Ugh.
